Alistair joined the team at New Zealand Wineries Limited in 2011, and previous to that he was at Constellation where he was involved in winemaking and operations roles.
He joined the wine industry in 1989, as a trainee winemaker at Montana in Auckland after completing a Food Technology degree.
At NZW Alistair manages the day to day operations of winery and staff, to ensure client satisfaction.

Alistair says NZW is evolving into a premium winemaking facility, to fulfil the aim of positioning itself as the contract processor of choice.
Alistair’s most memorable wine drinking experience was drinking vintage Dom Perignon at Pebble Beach Club House in Monterey, California.
