Liverpool Street Winery

Our original Marlborough site, Liverpool St Winery is where the magic began. It’s home to four receival hoppers which feed 18 10-tonne presses and three 35-tonne presses, giving it the ability to receive multiple parcels of fruit even in the most challenging of vintage conditions.


An impressive facility from the get-go, Liverpool Street Winery has had many upgrades over the years. It offers boutique to high touch winemaking facilities, along with various pressing options and tank sizes. It also boasts a direct link to bottling lines at WineWorks.


Its large capacity enables the skilled winemaking team at Liverpool St to process everything from hand-picked barrel ferments through to large parcel flotation, and everything in between.


Our solar panel installation is progressing nicely. Once complete, this system will nearly power the entire Liverpool Street site outside of harvest periods, delivering an impressive 600 amps of solar energy. 


Liverpool St Winery is BRC Food Safety, bio-gro, SWNZ and WSMP accredited.
